My practice explores the embodied experience of being in mountain landscapes and how these environments are reinterpreted and mediated through social media. Photography forms the foundation of my work, serving as both a record of experience and a visual prompt. I build upon these images through layers of mark making and generative digital patterns created using code.
These processes converge in my printmaking, where I experiment with silkscreen and plate lithography. By using colour blends, layering textures, and incorporating monoprinting, I develop visually complex surfaces that reflect both the physical act and memory of being in the landscape and its transformation in digital space.
